The same work since 1975.
The foundations of Aşçıoğlu Construction were laid in 1975 by Hüseyin Aşçıoğlu. With more than half a century of experience, we continue to produce safe, high-quality and long-lasting buildings in housing, urban transformation and tourism.
For us, every project is more than putting up a building. We handle every stage with care — from the ground to design, from materials to construction — bringing together current engineering standards, technology and years of site experience.

What we build
The buildings we make.
We design for living and build for the long term.
We bring architecture together with function and aesthetics.
We do not compromise on quality in materials or construction.
We deliver every project with the Aşçıoğlu guarantee.
We turn existing buildings into safe places to live.
We run the process openly with the rights holders.
We manage every stage from design to key handover.
We produce buildings that add value to their surroundings.
We bring the stay together with the architecture.
We design buildings suited to how they will be operated.
We treat comfort, function and architectural quality together.
We hand the project over ready to operate.
We develop lodging suited to student life.
We plan shared and private spaces around real needs.
We build safe, practical and long-lasting buildings.
We hand the project over ready for use.
